Since Miyamoto Machine-Tool Industry was established in 1982, the company has been expanding its business with the motto of "Deep Devotion and Profound Commitment." While responding accurately and promptly to diverse needs of changing times, we have designed and manufactured products from the customer's standpoint by maximizing our accumulated experience, know-how and original technologies. In particular, our automated, labor-saving systems developed based on unique and innovative ideas are highly acclaimed by users in a wide range of industrial sectors. Miyamoto now actively conducts business on a global scale based on the solid reputation established in Japan. In a bid to offer machines that take "manufacturing" to a new stage of advancement, we steadily enhance our technological strength and comprehensive capabilities. Personnel development
Employees are our most important assets.
To share our motto, "Deep Devotion and Profound Commitment," and to ensure that our customers feel glad to have their equipment manufactured by Miyamoto, we work hard on developing and fostering human resources. We actively hold skill improvement seminars internally, encourage employees to participate in various training, and support employees in obtaining qualifications and certifications, in an effort to develop personnel who will carry on the "Miyamoto Quality." In addition, we offer various employee benefit programs to help employees refresh their minds and bodies and take creative challenges.
●Training for new employees : New employees receive training based on our original curriculum.
●Intermediate follow-up training : Employees receive periodic training to acquire knowledge necessary for
executing their work.
●Technical seminars : Various technical seminars are held to provide full-scale support to employees in
acquiring qualifications and certifications (both internal and external).
